Welcome to Purr.fund. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility:

By using Purr.fund, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions.

2. Account Registration:

To access certain features of Purr.fund, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and not disclose them to any third party.
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Use of Services:

You agree to use Purr.fund solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the platform.
• Using any automated means or interface to access our services.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or Purr.fund's systems.
• Using the platform to perform any illegal activities or for any fraudulent purpose.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Using the platform to infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

4. Staking and Investment:

By participating in staking or investment opportunities on Purr.fund, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency investments are inherently risky, and you should only invest funds that you are willing to lose.
• Purr.fund does not guarantee any returns on investments.
• The value of your investments may fluctuate, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You are responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence before making any investment decisions.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your participation in staking and investment activities.

5. Auto-Invest Feature:

The Auto-invest feature automates the investment process for eligible users. By enabling Auto-invest, you authorize Purr.fund to:

• Automatically allocate funds from your investment account to selected IDOs when they go live.
• Ensure your investment account has sufficient funds for automatic investment.
• Handle your investment without further manual intervention once Auto-invest is enabled.
• Notify you of any significant changes to the IDO or the Auto-invest process.

6. Token Claims:

After participating in an IDO, you can claim your tokens according to the vesting schedule. To claim your tokens:

• Go to the "Launchpad" section on claiming day as per the token vesting schedule.
• Click "Claim" to transfer your new tokens to your wallet.
• Purr.fund is not responsible for any delays or issues related to token claims that are beyond our control.
• Ensure that you follow any additional instructions or requirements specified by the IDO project.

7. Referral Program:

Purr.fund offers a referral program allowing you to earn rewards when you refer new users who stake $PUR. Terms of the referral program include:

• You can find your referral link in the "My Profile" section.
• Rewards are granted when the referred user stakes $PUR tokens.
• Purr.fund reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
• Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be withheld if fraudulent activity is detected.

8. Fees:

Purr.fund may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before you use the service. By using our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account.
• Be responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the platform.
• Ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover any applicable fees.
• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any terms of this agreement.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Misusing the platform in a manner that could harm its functionality or integrity.
• Failing to comply with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing upon the rights of others.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties:

Purr.fund is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranties arising from the course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.
• Purr.fund does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided through the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Purr.fund be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our services and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform.

12. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Purr.fund, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform.
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your violation of any rights of another party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
• Any content you post, submit, or otherwise make available through the platform.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our platform. You are advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Significant changes will be communicated through additional channels, such as email or notifications on the platform.

14. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Purr.fund operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

15. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through amicable negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which Purr.fund operates.

16. Severability:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions.

17. Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Purr.fund with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to such subject matter. No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Purr.fund.

18. No Waiver:

The failure of Purr.fund to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Purr.fund.

19. Assignment:

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer any or all of our rights under these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, without obtaining your consent or approval.
